This morning, I was driving in the dark under frigid temperatures. In a well-lit region, my high beams intermittently activated, dazzling the vehicle ahead. What may potentially precipitate this? Black Edition 2021.

The automatic high beam is activated.
Google and YouTube will demonstrate how to deactivate and activate.

Indeed, I comprehend the mechanism; nevertheless, they were approaching undipped and in a well-lit environment. I am uncertain as to why this occurred, but I startled the vehicle ahead.

Please deactivate that. It is not functioning effectively. I have sufficiently blinded numerous vehicles, hence it is now permanently deactivated.

It is probable that snow or frost is obstructing the sensor. Mine exhibits the same behaviour in freezing or heavily snowy conditions.

I desire a distinct indication light in the instrument cluster that reveals whether the headlights or parking lights are activated, excluding the automatic dipped beams.
