I've driven 37,000 kilometres in the vehicle that I bought new in 2023. There is a reset threshold of 9999 kilometres that the trip computers A and B reach. How much of those 37,000 kilometres were covered only by electric vehicles? Is anyone familiar with the process for accessing this data?

Much obliged.

Regarding your model, I am unaware. Under "Eco Data" on the app screen, my 24 model provides everything you're looking for.
After 9999 kilometres, the trips reset, which I didn't know. Although I had intended to store all fresh data under Trip B and all daily data under Trip A, I discovered that B had reset twice. I used to think it was user mistake on my part, but now I see that I was wrong.

As far as I can tell, the only method to accomplish this is to go through each journey's details on the InControl website. You can get the necessary breakdown for each journey. The aforementioned approach was new to me. I will review it.

I examined my car for the year 2023. The trip A and B buttons on the stalk/central screen seem to be stuck at 9999 and won't go higher. According to the app's eco data panel, the mileage data exceeds 9999. Total trips A and B since the last reset are displayed. On the other hand, I haven't been able to track the overall mileage since the vehicle's inception. This comes as a surprise to me because, when I am on the market for a used car, one of my primary concerns is the battery's total EV miles.

If the trip has been reset, I don't know how to discover the total EV miles. However, if it hasn't, it's easy (works the same in a 23MY and 26MY) - check post 7 in the accompanying thread.
