I visited the dealership, and fortunately, repair kits for these calipers are still available. I discovered far lower prices from Frentech on eBay; but, I want the items urgently, and they regrettably can not provide rapid shipment.
I confirmed that both the C43 and E55 use 44mm pistons. Exercise caution while using eBay's system to verify fitting prior to purchasing components, since it is very inaccurate.
