The Mercedes-Benz C200 exhibited a red 48V warning message, prompting the driver to cease operation of the vehicle and consult the accompanying handbook for further guidance. After carefully parking the vehicle, it became inoperable and even the AA (Automobile Association) was unable to resolve the issue. Consequently, the automobile had to be retrieved after a six-hour delay. Has anybody seen this kind of issue before?

It is believed that the vehicle in question is a facelift model of the C200, manufactured from 2018 onwards, which falls under the category of a "mild hybrid." It seems that there is an issue pertaining to the drive battery. I would want to inquire if the vehicle in question is currently covered by a warranty.

Curious - were you really left in a state of isolation?
Who provided the advice to halt the vehicle?
The inquiry is motivated by the fact that amber alerts often indicate that the vehicle may still be operated, but should be promptly brought to a workshop for inspection. Conversely, red warnings are intended to convey that the vehicle should not be driven any further.

It is probable that there is a problem with the mild hybrid battery on the 1.5L EQ engine, as mentioned before.
Is the automobile currently located at the dealership? Additionally, you said that you contacted the AA. Does this imply that the vehicle is not eligible for coverage under Mercedes Benz Mobilo roadside assistance? Typically, individuals in this profession own an MB STAR diagnostic computer, enabling them to identify and address automotive faults directly at the location of the vehicle breakdown.

The notification shown on the primary screen was coloured red, signifying the need for an instant cessation of activities. Subsequently, it conveyed that the whole command centre will undergo a complete shutdown within a duration of three minutes, which really transpired. The vehicle was in motion, but, it was not experiencing any increase in velocity. I fortuitously arrived at the residential street site soon thereafter.

I did not own a Mercedes Benz cover. On Sunday, the automobile was originally sent to my son's residence due to its proximity to a Mercedes-Benz servicing shop. The recovery process is expected to be completed by the end of today, resulting in the restoration of the MB.
