Halogen bulb retaining screws for inside headlamp, 2014 C220

Does anyone know where I can obtain the screws for securing the halogen headlamp bulb clip, as depicted in the picture? It possesses a screw on each side, although appears to be an unusual size, as I lack any corresponding items for comparison.

I really doubt that it is necessary to remove those screws; often, the bulbs can be extracted just by pulling them out, given their placement.

I am sceptical that they provide those without the headlights. It merely involves identifying a sufficiently proximate option. I have never observed screws dislodging from headlights previously.

They had been removed previously to accommodate LED lighting.

They do not seem to be listed as distinct things on RealOEM, among other sources.
