It would have had one at the time of the converter modification. The fluid level may be inaccurate if it was performed by untrained individuals, I presume.

The typical culprits are a sticky turbo actuator and a malfunctioning exhaust back pressure sensor; do not presume it is a gearbox problem. A session on STAR or Xentry should provide insights; even a self-scan with iCarsoft would be beneficial. Have you received the email yet? When it begins to jerk...

The "start-stop" system is unrelated to a stop button; the automobile engine will cease operation at traffic signals, contingent upon certain parameters being satisfied, such as battery charge level and air conditioning status, in order to reduce emissions.
