I appreciate the feedback provided so far. I have received a recent update this evening, indicating that AMG is now investigating the matter. It is anticipated that they will exhibit a heightened level of seriousness in their approach.
The position I now occupy is situated towards the left side. The individual in question, who is involved in the field of technology, likely acted in accordance with instructions, but their identity will not be disclosed. The individual acknowledged their involvement in replicating the matter, suggesting that they were likely sent with the intention of persuading me to disregard the issue.
I expressed this viewpoint originally, and he levied the accusation that I failed to adapt my driving behaviour to the prevailing road conditions and circumstances, a claim that has some validity. The issue becomes more apparent during instances of rapid acceleration, a behaviour that I would refrain from engaging in if there are children present in the vicinity. During the conversation, I mentioned the occurrence of a deer unexpectedly crossing the road, to which the other individual responded by asserting that the responsibility for the incident does not lie with the vehicle. It is evident that the responsibility for impeding the execution of an emergency stop lies with the vehicle itself, stating the obvious. I am also certain that it would be detrimental to the vehicle if the brakes were applied while the engine is still active and attempting to accelerate. When the brake and accelerator pedals are simultaneously engaged, the vehicle's system prevents this action from occurring.

I have been dissatisfied with the service I have received so far. The establishment consistently imposes excessive fees for various services and consistently endeavours to get monetary compensation from me for miscellaneous matters when I bring my vehicle in for warranty-related repairs. The service provider requested a payment of £150 or more in order to assess whether a little oil spill qualified for warranty coverage. I have reservations about their veracity in this matter. I had contemplated the possibility of acquiring a CLE450; however, I have decided against pursuing this option.

To the best of my knowledge, neither the vehicle has undergone remapping nor has a pedalbox been fitted, particularly not by myself. It is plausible that MB would have raised the matter if there were any pertinent considerations, since they would likely be inclined to include it into the existing catalogue of justifications for disclaiming responsibility.
