W202 C43 Brake Calipers against W210 E55 Brake Calipers

Does the w202 C43 use the same braking system as the w210 E55? I am attempting to restore my front calipers and am encountering difficulty locating a comprehensive rebuild kit.

The rear caliper rebuild kit for a 2002 E55 is compatible with the following models. For your information, I believe the Cadillac Catera is equivalent to the Vauxhall Omega.

The front calipers are manufactured by Brembo.

The front calipers of the C43 are manufactured by ATE.
The front and rear calipers are identical for both the C43 and the E55.
The gasket kit for calipers may still be available at the dealership.
Please verify if they provide replacement caliper pistons, since I am uncertain about the availability of this component.

To my recollection, the rear components are also used in Volvo vehicles, and a whole new caliper is rather inexpensive.
I abandoned my pursuit with MB when they said that my C55 must have been altered, since the tactile metalwork on the vehicle did not correspond with the tiny image shown on their computer displays.

I am unable to assist you with the fronts; my apologies.
