I am unable to locate a discussion on this topic, which astonishes me as it frustrates me greatly!
Subsequent to an OTA Update, Kia mandates that owners acknowledge their Terms of Use, and this reminder is offered at every opportunity. The issue is that we must navigate through over 100 screens, including a brief pause at clause 18.2 subsection 32, which is seldom read, in order to provide our acceptance. The decline results in the removal of the update, it seems. Reading such legal documentation on the head unit is entirely impractical. It is irrational, inequitable, and potentially unlawful. Reading the terms and conditions on a tablet or in print is already challenging.
I am unaware of any other manufacturer that engages in this practice.
Am I overlooking something?

There is no alternative to refuse. It will persist until you acquiesce.
Kia possesses the pages on their website.

However, consensus must be reached regarding the head unit.
Numerous discussions on this topic arise each time updates are implemented.

Thank you - complete chaos from Kia!
When the Terms and Conditions appear on the screen, examine the right side attentively. A subtle 'drag down' cursor is available for swiftly navigating to the bottom of the screen, where you can subsequently accept the terms and conditions. As @sherlockHOME has stated, non-acceptance is not a viable option. This action is permissible solely when the vehicle is stationary.

Thank you. I failed to observe that scroll bar. I must recall for the forthcoming exhilarating release!

Incorporate into @dontito that the scroll cursor, which is not a scroll bar, is not readily apparent; nonetheless, it becomes noticeable when the page is swiped upward. Simply place your finger on it and drag downward.
