I acquired my Sportage PHEV GT Line in December 2023, and I have not regretted my purchase for a single day. I have recently accrued 57,000 miles and am still utilising the original tires.

What mileage are others achieving, since I find it hard to believe mine remain legal after 57,000?

I can only surmise that your driving encompassed a significant number of freeway miles.

Excessive acceleration might lead to rapid wear of the front tires due to the increased torque generated by the electric motor.

I also possess a PHEV equipped with Michelin tires, which I acquired in November 2023. I have a low mileage of only 15,200 miles to date. However, I have had to replace one rear tyre due to a puncture. It is challenging to distinguish between the old and new items, as both are exhibiting remarkable durability.

Larger diameter tires contribute to elevated mileage figures. I possessed a 300hp VXR Astra equipped with 20-inch alloy wheels, and the tires achieved a mileage of 60,000 miles from new. Large tires and proficient driving!
